Associate Director, Operations ManagementThe Associate Director, Operations Management provides strategic and operational leadership for vendor-supported Patient Services programs. This role is accountable for overseeing complex hub operations, ensuring vendor performance and compliance, and driving cross-functional execution against business priorities. The Associate Director serves as a key partner across Patient Services, Market Access, Compliance, Pharmacovigilance, Finance, Field Teams, and external vendors to proactively identify risks, strengthen operational readiness, and advance process improvements that enhance the patient and provider experience. This position also helps shape operational strategy, supports program evolution and launch readiness, and provides leadership, guidance, and coaching across the broader team.This position will be based out of Parsippany, NJ in a hybrid work environment, 2-3 days onsite, or flexible for a remote work environment for the right candidate.Approximately 30% domestic travel throughout the US, which may include weekend and overnight tripsOccasional: Sitting for extended periods of time at workstation or mobile equipment.Visual Acuity: Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on site visits (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).Salary RangeThe annual starting salary for this position is between $164,960- $216,510 annually.
