Job Overview The Advisor of the Investor Solutions Team is part of a corporate employee advisory team that provides investment solutions to mass affluent investors. The role involves delivering financial advice, conducting reviews with clients over the phone, and helping clients design solutions that meet their financial goals. The position is based in a team‑based call center environment and includes a base salary and bonus tied to a predefined sales goal.
Responsibilities Deliver financial advice and conduct reviews with clients over the phone via inbound and outbound calling activities.
Handle and execute client transactions and general customer service requests.
Prepare client reports and proposals as required.
Support other departments and independent financial advisors in understanding the program.
Actively participate in customer‑service and operational training.
Provide regular feedback to the management team to improve advisor experience and operational efficiencies.
Communicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures.
Identify new sales and asset‑retention opportunities.
Exercise excellent business judgment on a regular basis.
Research and resolve advisor and client issues.
Requirements Series7 license.
Series63 and65, or 66 license preferred, or within 90 days of hire.
Excellent telephone service and relationship‑management skills.
Prior financial trading experience.
Ideal candidate will have prior tele‑sales experience.
Strong communication skills and a strong service ethic.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree.
Life and health experience.
Minimum of two years of direct client experience within the financial services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based applications.
Previous experience as a financial advisor.
Prior LPL trading or financial service call‑center experience, or other service‑related job experience considered.
Ability to assist customers in a call‑center environment while accessing data via multiple PC lookup applications; excellent PC and data‑input skills required.
Pay and Benefits Pay Range: 48,000–72,000 per year. Base salary varies based on relevant skill, experience, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for sales incentive compensation.
