This position is a core member of the residency leadership team and will begin at 0.5 FTE, with an anticipated transition to 1.0 FTE in June 2027.Position SummaryThe Associate Program Director-IM (APD-IM) is responsible for supporting the clinical operations, educational strategies, and administration of an Internal Medicine Residency program. The APD-IM's primary responsibility is to support the Program Director, providing additional physician leadership to residents and faculty and assuming the Director's responsibilities when the Director is absent. The APD-IM's time will be split between dedicated program administration, evaluation, teaching, precepting, and scholarship, and providing direct patient care. This is a leadership role requiring a physician with strong clinical, educational, and administrative skills and credentials. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $330,000.00 - $330,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
