Job Description:
En CARWARRIORS LLC, buscamos un Representante de Servicio al Cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo en el Call Center. Como representante de servicio al cliente, usted ser el primer punto de contacto para nuestros clientes y desempear un papel fundamental en la satisfaccin del cliente y el xito de nuestro negocio.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet performance goals and metrics set by the company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills in English .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
