Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ATM Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and executing test automation strategies for ATM systems, leveraging their expertise in network troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, and proficiency in various testing tools and programming languages.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ATM testing, including automation and network troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of ATM hardware, software, and network protocols.
- Proficiency in Hardware Troubleshooting, Build / Troubleshoot Desktop system, Network TCP/IP Troubleshooting, Telnet, IP Configurations, etc
- Proficiency in Windows 10, registry settings, command prompt, and file explorer.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and API repositories.
- Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Cucumber, and Maven
- Familiarity with IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Postman.
- Middleware and API testing experience.
- Knowledge of OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities
- Test Automation Design:
- Develop and implement test automation strategies for ATM systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Java, JavaScript, Cucumber, and other relevant tools.
- Network Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues impacting ATM functionality.
- Conduct TCP/IP troubleshooting, including Telnet, IP configurations, and other network diagnostics.
- ATM Hardware Troubleshooting:
- Conduct hardware diagnostics for ATMs, addressing issues related to cash dispensing, card processing, and other hardware components.
- Build and troubleshoot desktop systems as needed for testing environments.
- Windows 10 Expertise:
- Utilize Windows 10 for testing environments, understanding registry settings, command prompt, and file explorer functionalities.
- Tool Proficiency:
- Work with testing tools including Jira, Confluence, BitBucket for test script management, bug reporting, and collaborative documentation.
- Manage API repositories and leverage Postman for API testing.
- Programming Languages and IDEs:
- Utilize Java, JavaScript, and Cucumber for test script development.
- Work with IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, Visual Studio for development and testing purposes.
- Middleware/API Testing:
- Apply expertise in middleware and API testing to ensure seamless integration and communication between ATM components.
- Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes in the context of ATM testing.
