What are the top 3 skills required for this role?

Cloud AWS - Specific skillsets include configuring auto-scaling and load balancing in AWS, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Cloud Watch, AWS Cloud Formation.

2.
Jenkins CI/CD, monitoring and observability tools including AppDynamics/Kibana, Prometheus/Grafana, RDS Databases, Database administration including performance tuning / query execution.

3.
Amazon and AWS cloud operations role.



Job Description/ Responsibilities
Major focus on Cloud/DevOps related projects
Responsible for providing cloud administration and support
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skillsStrong communal working style, ability to work effectively as part of a global team and independently
Active listening skills, with effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders at different levels in the organization
Customer service-orientation with a diverse stakeholder group.
Ability to balance customer needs against functional vision and objectives
Proficiency in collaborating within and across teams to resolve obstacles.
Flexibility, willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs of the squad based on customer priorities.

Well versed with CI/CD Jenkins, Git Actions and automation tools such as Octopus
Experience in designing and managing key AWS services and tools such as VPC, VPN, EC2, Lambda, EKS, API Gateway, RDS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, Systems Manager, Elastic Load Balancing, S3, EFS, CloudFormation etc.

Preferably some experience with Identity protocols (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth2, OpenID Connect etc.
), enterprise & cloud identity management systems (e.
g.
, Active Directory, AWS IAM), Federated & SSO identity management stack is a plusConversant with the best practices for Cloud security & Scalability
should be well versed and knowledgeable on the pillars of Well Architected Framework.
Deep subject matter expertise of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability)
Preferably some experience with Identity protocols (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth2, OpenID Connect etc.
), enterprise & cloud identity management systems (e.
