Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, P.C. is looking for an attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join the Firm’s Chicago office in the Firm’s Class Action & Complex Litigation practice. The attorney filling this role can expect approximately 75% federal court work with the vast majority of work involving defense of wage & hour class actions and FLSA collective actions. The Firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/HSA, dental, vision, life, disability, family care leave, 401(k)/profit‑sharing retirement package, and pet insurance. The Firm will supply the necessary computer and accessory equipment to facilitate a hybrid/remote work schedule. The salary range is $170,000 - $220,000 per year based on experience. Associates also have the opportunity to earn substantial additional compensation through hours‑based and merit bonuses. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
