Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in cleaning validation within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of CIP systems, manual cleaning techniques, and cleaning validation principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to cleaning validation (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 211, EU GMP Annex 15).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
