Client Relations Manager We are excited to expand our team with dynamic Client Relations Managers who are passionate about client success. In this role, you will cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and internal advocate. Your efforts will ensure that clients maximize the value of Comscore's data, products, and services, leading to high client satisfaction, increased product usage, and lasting retention. This position is part of our ongoing initiative to attract top talent as we grow our commercial organization. What You'll Do Build lasting, productive relationships with clients, effectively communicating their goals and needs across internal teams. Act as the daily point of contact for clients, driving product usage, satisfaction, and proactive communication. Spot opportunities to enhance the adoption of Comscore solutions and partner with Sales to facilitate cross-sell and upsell initiatives. Gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s business and recommend product or service improvements to meet evolving requirements. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and other teams on projects related to client success and commercial priorities. What You'll Need 1-4+ years of experience in account management, client success, analytics, or digital media (experience level may vary). Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with audience measurement, digital media, advertising, or analytics is a plus (not required for junior positions). A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Strong problem-solving abilities, along with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00; commensurate with experience.
