Responsibilities
You have 2+ years of proven customer support or client service experience.
You are a skilled communicator; your verbal and written communication is effective and appropriate. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful, and engaging.
Youre highly resourceful and a critical thinker. You think outside the box and present alternative solutions.
Youre an active reader and listener who can interpret, understand and evaluate complex information.
Your detail orientation and accuracy are consistent and dependable.
You have excellent phone contact handling skills and active listening.
You are action oriented with excellent problem-solving skills to tackle complex client problems.
You are skilled in multitasking and can exercise good judgement for managing competing priorities.
You have high learning agility and can adapt to new technology quickly.
You are dependable and reliable; committed to being present when expected.
Youre able to work overtime hours, as needed.
