Kaplan Rothstein Prüss Peraza, P.A. (“KRP2”) is Hiring a Lawyer for Complex Commercial Litigation, Plaintiff Class Actions, and Consumer Fraud Arbitrations. Upon joining KRP2, you will receive significant experience handling all aspects of the firm’s case inventory, including client communications, drafting pleadings and briefs, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trying cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle significant federal and state court commercial litigation matters from inception to conclusion, including legal research and writing, hearings, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, evidentiary hearings, and trial
• Handle federal court class actions and consumer arbitrations from inception to conclusion, including legal research and writing, hearings, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and evidentiary hearings
• Actively litigate and try data privacy, cybersecurity, consumer fraud, and investment fraud cases

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience
• Federal and state court litigation experience
• Class action experience preferred
• Arbitration experience preferred
• Excellent writing skills
• Federal clerk or Assistant United States Attorney experience preferred
• Must be a team player and willing to work in fast-paced environment
