Commercial Product Manager
Location: Austin, TX – Neuromodulation Division
Overview
Responsible for commercialization of assigned product(s) in the neuromodulation device line, providing market strategy, product positioning, and collaborating with global sales, marketing, and product development teams.
Responsibilities
Develop competitive analysis and define product positioning, strategies, and target audiences.
Collaborate with marketing on integrated business plans and shape customer requirements.
Lead physician product planning advisory boards.
Support development of launch materials, product literature, and other collateral.
Define and execute marketing plan, including market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and marketing mix.
Prepare product marketing bulletins and communicate releases to sales teams.
Conduct product overviews for physicians and sales representatives.
Present plans to internal management.
Drive market development activities and create best‑practice tools.
Collaborate with global teams for successful product launches and enablement tools.
Collect and share market research data with management.
Build relationships with leading KOLs worldwide.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Clinical, Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or technology‑based products.
Experience with complex medical device product portfolios.
Strategic product planning and commercial execution experience.
Leadership skills with ability to map interdependencies, prioritize tasks, and control budgets.
Preferred: experience in a cross‑division enterprise model.
Ability to work in a highly matrixed, geographically diverse environment.
Strong verbal and written communication; able to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Capability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Understanding of product technology, market, customer dynamics, and functional operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
Benefits & Compensation
Base salary: $99,300 – $198,700 annually (may vary by location). Additional benefits include medical coverage, retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and more.
