Why join us? Team oriented and growth focused environment. Job Details We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Permanent Community Associate Attorney to join our Legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a part of our mission to deliver top‑notch legal services in the HOA and Condo Association industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to our clients, including homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium associations. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients, including HOAs and condo associations, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay up-to-date with current trends and changes in laws and regulations. Work closely with clients to provide legal solutions that meet their unique needs and objectives. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement strategies for complex legal matters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to their success. Provide legal training and education to clients to help them understand their legal responsibilities and rights. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the HOA and Condo Association industry. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar. Demonstrated knowledge of HOA and condo association laws and regulations. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
