Position: Construction Manager

Location: Pacific Northwest (100% Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale capital construction projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. Candidates with pharmaceutical industry experience are highly preferred; however, experience in other regulated industries will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities for large capital projects.
• Oversee contractors and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Implement and manage site safety programs in compliance with OSHA 30 standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Facilities, Quality, and project stakeholders throughout construction.
• Monitor project progress, resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain construction documentation, safety records, and project reports.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Construction Management experience on large capital projects.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience implementing and managing construction site safety programs aligned with OSHA 30 requirements.
• Strong contractor management, scheduling, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
