Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Stack townhouse construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.DutiesSupervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specificationsOversee subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure efficient workflow and safety complianceConduct quality inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanshipPerform or oversee construction inspections to verify progress and compliance with building codes and safety regulationsManage construction estimating tasks related to project scope, materials, and labor requirementsMonitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projectsEnforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings with on-site personnelCollaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues promptlyMaintain detailed documentation of site activities, inspections, and progress reportsSkillsProven experience in construction management and site supervision of Stack TownhomesStrong knowledge of construction estimating, quality inspection, and construction inspection processesElectrical experience is a plus for overseeing the electrical components of projectsExcellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and tasks effectivelyDeep understanding of quality control standards within the construction industryAbility to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building codesLeadership qualities with excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailThis position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead construction projects from inception through completion while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.Work Location: In person
