We partner with law firms, corporations, insurance carriers, and government agencies to deliver reliable solutions that support the legal process. We are seeking a Content/Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team and help strengthen our brand presence through strategic content development and social media management. Position Overview The Content/Social Media Specialist will lead the development of written content and social media initiatives across multiple brands. This role is responsible for creating and managing content that informs, engages, and positions U.S. Legal Support and its leadership as trusted industry resources. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer with experience developing content for professional audiences and managing social media programs that support business growth and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Content Development Write and edit high-quality content, including: Blog articles White papers Case studies Website content Email campaigns Sales and marketing materials Executive thought leadership pieces Translate complex legal, technical, and operational concepts into clear, professional content. Maintain consistent messaging and brand standards across all communications. Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to develop authoritative content that supports organizational goals. Stay informed on evolving search trends, including AI-driven search and content discovery. Social Media Management Manage social media strategy and execution across multiple brands and platforms. Build and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives. Develop and publish professional social media content, including graphics, short-form videos, carousels, and written posts. Monitor engagement, audience growth, and performance metrics. Manage community interactions and maintain a professional online presence. Evaluate industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Qualifications Required Three or more years of experience in content marketing, communications, copywriting, or a related field. Demonstrated experience creating content for professional or technical audiences. Experience managing social media strategy and execution for a B2B organization. Strong portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form writing. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. Experience within the legal industry or another highly regulated environment. Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices. Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. Experience creating short-form video content for digital channels.
