Direct Hire Hybrid, 3 days on site Creative PM with Agency Operations, PM No C2C, NON-IT Our digital agency client is seeking a highly organized Project Manager who combines strong creative project management skills with a solid understanding of agency operations . This role is responsible for keeping projects, budgets, timelines, and teams on track while supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the agency. Responsibilities Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets, scopes, and deliverables across multiple client accounts. Attend client and internal meetings, document key decisions, and drive next steps. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track and within budget. Monitor account performance, communicate project status, and elevate risks when needed. Review deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. Prepare estimates, proposals, change orders, and project documentation. Identify process improvements and support operational efficiencies. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of project management experience within a marketing, creative, or digital agency. Experience managing B2B creative, digital marketing, and website projects. Strong communication, organization, and client relationship management skills. Experience managing project scopes, budgets, timelines, and Statements of Work (SOWs). Familiarity with WordPress, CRM platforms, and project management tools such as Wrike. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of agency operations, resource planning, and account profitability. Experience with industrial or professional services clients is a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement, including leveraging AI and automation to enhance processes. The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
