THIS POSITION REQUIRES UP TO 25% ON-SITE IN CARROLLTON, GA. CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL OR WILLING TO COMMUTE TO CARROLLTON, GA The Sr Epic Reporting & Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between operational departments and the Cogito/Data & Analytics team. This position partners closely with clinical and business leaders to understand workflows, gather and document business requirements, analyze operational needs, and ensure analytics solutions meet organizational objectives. The role emphasizes relationship management, process improvement, issue resolution, and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements rather than report development or advanced data engineering. Education Bachelor's Degree Experience Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures. Qualifications Ability to work equally well alone or as part of a team and to manage multiple projects and assignments at one time. Experience with data collection, database management analysis, report formatting, and written presentation of analysis. Positive, people oriented, and energetic attitude. Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems. Strong written and verbal communication and entrepreneurial spirit. Six Sigma training preferred. Superior organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills, and be able to work well with individuals at all levels within institution. Thorough knowledge of spreadsheet, databases and computer software, (knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and BI tools preferred). Prefer MS Office products.
