About the Role Direct Support Professional (DSP) for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. DSPs work with dedicated professionals to create meaningful and productive lives for the adults we serve. Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation, and documentation. Prepare shift reports, incident reports and individual progress reports. Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of the individuals served. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; diplomas earned outside the US must be evaluated. One year of human services experience working with children, adolescents and adults preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Shifts & Pay Available shifts: full‑time, part‑time and on‑call. Days 7 am‑3 pm, evenings 3 pm‑11 pm, weekends (varied shifts). Pay $17.25‑$19.67 for full‑time and part‑time positions.
