Hunton Trane, a division of the Hunton Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to support our growing Industrial EPC project portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant document flow across engineering, procurement, and field construction teams. The ideal candidate has experience supporting technical projects in construction, HVAC, or industrial environments and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain EPC document control systems, processes, and workflows across multiple projects. Track and control document revisions, ensuring teams are working from most of the current versions. Distribute drawings, submittals, transmittals, RFIs, and other project documentation to internal teams, vendors, and clients in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, procurement, and field teams to ensure document accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized document registers, logs, and reporting tools to track deliverables and project status. Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Perform periodic audits of document control processes and recommend improvements. Support project closeout activities, including preparation of O&M (Operations & Maintenance) manuals and as-built documentation. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive project and client information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3-6 years of document control experience, preferably within EPC, construction, HVAC, or industrial environments Proven experience managing high-volume technical documentation (drawings, submittals, transmittals, RFIs, and specifications) Ability to read and interpret revisions and versioning in technical documents and drawings Proficiency with document management systems such as Oracle Primavera, Procore, SharePoint, Aconex, or similar EDMS platforms Strong understanding of EPC document control processes, including versioning and lifecycle management Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage documentation across multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
