My client in search of a proficient Dynamics 365 CRM Programmer to join their IT team. The successful candidate will play a key role in tailoring, constructing, and sustaining their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform to align with their business requirements. The position necessitates a profound comprehension of CRM processes and a robust foundation in software development, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Develop, deploy, and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, encompassing customization of entities, fields, forms, and workflows.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
* Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
* Craft well-documented, scalable, and clean code using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and other pertinent programming languages.
* Conduct routine system audits to guarantee data integrity and adherence to security standards.
* Provide technical support and training to CRM users, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
* Stay abreast of Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and new features, suggesting and implementing enhancements to the system.
* Collaborate closely with other IT team members to ensure synchronization of CRM strategy with overall IT and business objectives.
Education and Experience
* Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Demonstrate proficiency in coding .NET, C#, JavaScript within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.
* Competence in Power BI with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
