$150,000-$160,000 + Bonus + Profit Share + Pension Fund + Company Truck

Responsibilities:
Manage commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls across multiple complex initiatives.
Coordinate procurement and timely material delivery to support seamless project execution.
Lead collaboration among field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and project success.
Proactively manage change orders, including negotiation, proper documentation, and implementation.
Monitor job progress, enforce strict safety standards, and confirm compliance with all relevant codes and specifications.
Conduct project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of electrical project management experience, including oversight of projects valued at over $5M.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex commercial projects simultaneously.
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and local building codes.
Expertise in risk management, change order management, and material procurement.
Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication skills.
Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification.
Experience managing electrical projects exceeding $10M in value.
Familiarity with Lean Construction principles or related process optimization methodologies.
Background in design-build or fast-track construction environments.
Exposure to advanced safety management systems or safety champion roles.
