The Opportunity We are looking for a Technical Engineering Program Manager (P3) to drive execution of large-scale data and platform programs within the Adobe Unified Platform. This role requires a solid understanding of the data lifecycle, data platforms, and ETL/ELT ecosystems, along with the ability to deliver programs that drive measurable business impact. What You’ll Do Drive end-to-end execution of programs, including planning, scheduling, and prioritization of deliverables Track progress, manage risks/issues, and provide regular status reporting Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution and coordination Understand upstream and downstream data dependencies and ensure alignment across teams Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and QA to support delivery goals Connect program breakthroughs to business outcomes and track progress against defined metrics Identify risks early and work with teams to mitigate or resolve issues Remove blockers and ensure smooth program execution Support cross-functional communication and coordination to maintain alignment Contribute to building and improving program management processes Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams What You Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of program management experience in cloud or data platform environments Strong understanding of data lifecycle, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data platforms Familiarity with data concepts such as modeling, governance, quality, and lineage Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar) Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence Ability to define and track success metrics Working knowledge of AI tools and data analysis for insights Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Hard-working & self driven with a bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity Expected Pay Range Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $103,200 -- $197,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $136,400 - $197,600. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
