Role will be onsite in Redmond, WA and is a long-term project opportunity. Responsibilities Interacting with participant(s) and leading them through data collection projects Using Client tools to label/tag data Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal Approach & recruit participants for the project Label/tag data to reach the targeted daily goal Understand/consistently execute scripts for every phase of a project Build/Socialize Project End of Day Reports Total captures for the day, summary, issues occurred, etc. Convey Specific Project Details to High-Ranking Clients Execute Basic Technology Troubleshooting Interact with various hardware & software Use analytical skills to troubleshoot problem quickly or elevate to appropriate authorities when necessary Qualifications and Must Haves High attention to detail Customer service oriented Goal driven and objective mindset Integrity and strong work ethic Report creation, monitoring and updating Team player Aptitude for IoT, AR/VR/MR, and AI/ML Bonus Skills Ground Truth data collection experience Experience with Agile, Kanban or Scrum methodology Project Sprint(s) experience Working at Microsoft Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products at Intermediate level Team Lead or Leadership experience (of people not projects) Advanced Project Management skills or certification All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.
