Job Title: Entry Level Fulfillment Quality Specialist - Weekend 3rd Shift Job Summary: The Fulfillment Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, safety, and quality of dietary supplement products throughout the fulfillment process. As an Entry-Level Quality Control Specialist , you'll play an important role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine audits of order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of supplement products - Verify product accuracy, lot numbers, expiration dates, and packaging integrity - Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and internal quality standards - Identify and document errors, discrepancies, and non-conformance issues - Perform random and scheduled quality checks on outgoing shipments - Monitor storage conditions to ensure supplements are handled according to safety and quality guidelines - Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions - Maintain detailed audit records and prepare reports for management review - Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures and SOPs - Support training efforts to reinforce quality standards among fulfillment staff Qualifications: No previous quality control experience required High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to identify inconsistencies and problem-solve effectively Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Work Environment: This role operates in a warehouse or fulfillment center setting, handling dietary supplements that require strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Shift Hours: Friday - Sunday, 7:00pm to 7:30am Key Skills: Attention to detail Accountability and integrity Process improvement mindset Team collaboration Regulatory awareness
