Responsibilities Process and manage incoming Procure-to-Pay (PTP) documents accurately and efficiently.
Investigate and resolve PTP-related issues and discrepancies.
Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners.
Support month-end closing activities and related financial processes.
Assist with various PTP operations and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth process execution.
Qualifications & Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills (CV must be submitted in English).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a shared services environment is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn; collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week.
Where you will be Based in our modern office in Kraków. Our Global Shared Service Center supports Electrolux operations worldwide, delivering services across Finance & Accounting, HR, IT, Reporting & Analysis, and Product Documentation.
