What you’ll own as a Full Stack Lead Developer Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as the primary Full Stack Subject Matter Expert (SME), establishing engineering best practices, conducting rigorous code reviews, and providing mentorship to help junior and mid-level engineers excel. Full-Stack Engineering: Architect and build secure, high-performance applications using Java/Spring Boot for back-end services and React.js for responsive, modern user interfaces. Data Layer Architecture: Design and optimize complex program specifications to ensure seamless, high-speed interaction between UI components, backend APIs, and the Snowflake data layer. Agile Governance: Actively lead Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners to transform complex business needs into actionable technical tasks, manage velocity, and remove blockers. Security & Compliance: Drive architectural decisions regarding secure credential management and API security, ensuring all development aligns with PCI compliance standards. Testing & Validation: Oversee comprehensive multi-level unit and integration testing to ensure absolute data accuracy across intricate partner hierarchies. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack design and software development. 3+ years of success in a technical lead or mentorship capacity. Deep expertise in an Agile/Scrum environment with a proven ability to lead iterative engineering delivery. Advanced proficiency in Java (Back-end) and JavaScript/TypeScript with a heavy focus on React.js (Front-end). Hands-on experience with Relational Databases or Data Warehouses (Snowflake preferred) and expert-level SQL tuning skills. The ability to translate ambiguous enterprise requirements into clean, scalable code. A proactive, independent mindset, capable of owning architectural audits and cross-functional collaboration. Bonus Tech Stack Back-end: Java (Spring Boot), Python, .NET Core. Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Redux/Context API. Data: Snowflake, Oracle, or MS SQL Server (Advanced SQL). API/Integration: Apigee, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI. Tools: Jira, Confluence, Git/Bitbucket, VS Code, IntelliJ IDEA, Maven/Gradle.
