Software Test Engineer The Software Test Engineer will lead system and automation testing and plan, execute, and report on tests performed on Tokalabs solutions. This is a senior and technical role with a lot of opportunity for growth. Position responsibilities and expectations: Develop test plans for feature and system testing that includes interoperability with a wide range of networking products and tools and performance testing. Automate and move tests into regression and debug issues that arise from failed daily automation executions. Log and keep track of bugs and work with Software Developers to debug and isolate issues. Provide support to the Solutions Engineers on technical issues experienced by our customers that cannot be resolved through the normal Support process. Provide leadership in testing methodologies and techniques and continuously improve overall testing process. Report directly to the Director of Technical Sales. Skills required: Experience in development and test lab environments specifically with computer networking products and solutions. Automation skills, including the ability to understand, read, and write scripts in Python. Familiarity with Selenium. Ability to debug issues by reading and understanding code in Python and Java. Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (SDN, OpenFlow, OpenStack, IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, IPSec VPN, NetFlow, sFlow, ARP, VLAN, VXLAN, STP/RSTP/MST, LACP, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP, LLDP, LDAP, etc.). Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure. Able to identify gaps and create and drive initiatives towards meeting goals. Ability to understand, read, or write code in Python or Java. BS, MS or equivalent in Technology‑related degree. Full Stack Developer The Full Stack Developer will work on the development of our SaaS solution and integration with various network infrastructure resources including private and public cloud offerings (such as AWS, Azure, IBM, Google, etc.). This role requires someone who can contribute individually and provide ideas to improve the software codebase. The full stack engineer will play a crucial role in the entire lifecycle, from concept definition to development & implementation, and then post‑roll‑out improvement. Position responsibilities and expectations: Experience with development and design of SaaS solutions that include integration with AWS and other providers. Knowledge in the area of graphics. A high level of technical cloud architectural knowledge, playing a vital role in the design of production, staging, QA, development and operations of cloud infrastructures running in 24×7 environments. Provide leadership in infrastructure operations methodologies and techniques across a variety of platforms. Report to the Director of Product. Skills required: 3+ years of experience developing and delivering software with Java, Python or C/C++. Strong understanding across network infrastructure components (server, storage, network, data, and applications). Knowledge of public and private cloud technologies (IBM, Azure, S3, VMware, etc.). Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work with team members from around the globe in both remote and in‑person settings and comfortable meeting deliverables independently.
