This role is a full-stack developer position building and maintaining Agency applications end to end, ReactJS front-end and Python/FastAPI back-end, with PostgreSQL for data. It follows a trunk-based development workflow with frequent small commits, code reviews, and close collaboration with product owners and engineers. Work includes containerizing services with Docker and deploying to AWS (ECS/EKS, plus supporting services like RDS, S3, and CloudWatch), alongside ongoing bug fixes, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction. Testing (pytest, Jest/React Testing Library) and documentation (API docs, architecture decisions, runbooks) are built into the delivery process rather than treated as afterthoughts.
