It follows a trunk-based development workflow with frequent small commits, code reviews, and close collaboration with product owners and engineers. Work includes containerizing services with Docker and deploying to AWS (ECS/EKS, plus supporting services like RDS, S3, and CloudWatch), alongside ongoing bug fixes, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction.
