Job Description:
As an Esthetician at Skin Studio by Doctors Daughter, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients look and feel their best. You will have the opportunity to provide a wide range of esthetic treatments, from facials, sugaring, laser hair removal, skincare consultations, and more. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our clients receive personalized care and leave our skin studio feeling rejuvenated and confident.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, body treatments, sugaring, and more.
- Analyze clients' skin and recommend appropriate skincare regimens and products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients' comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to strict hygiene standards.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve your skills.
- Educate clients on skincare and beauty routines for at-home maintenance.
- Promote spa products and services to enhance the client experience.
- Keep record of every treatment and recommendations given to clients.
- Send a backbar replenishing list to management (bi-weekly).
- Being able to operate POS systems.
- Follow HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Esthetician license/certification in Florida.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for skincare and beauty.
- Strong knowledge of esthetic treatments and products.
- Exceptional customer service and client care abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. (if necessary).
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is a plus.

- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments and services, including facials, waxing, and body treatments
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their skin care needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Administer specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, Botox, dermal fillers, and dermabrasion
- Provide deep tissue massages and other therapeutic bodywork techniques
- Utilize MINDBODY software to schedule appointments and manage client information
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on proper skin care routines
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with sales of retail products and promote additional services to clients
Skills:
- Proficient in performing a wide range of aesthetic treatments and services
- Experience with MINDBODY software or similar scheduling systems
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions techniques and application
- Familiarity with Botox and dermal fillers procedures
- Ability to perform deep tissue massages and other therapeutic bodywork techniques
- Expertise in dermabrasion and straight razor techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skin care routines and products
