Overview
We’re looking for an experienced SAP CIS Manager to lead system administration, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives for a large-scale enterprise environment. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee SAP CIS operations, guide a team, and partner with business and IT stakeholders to optimize systems and processes.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day administration and support of SAP Customer Information Systems (CIS) and related applications
Oversee system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and testing initiatives
Drive continuous improvement across business processes and system capabilities
Manage and mentor a team of functional administrators and support staff
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver system solutions
Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with IT governance frameworks (ITIL/COBIT)
Support work order fixes, troubleshooting, and system issue resolution
Develop and track KPIs, performance metrics, and system benchmarks
Lead planning and execution of SAP upgrades, service packs, and enhancements
Manage third‑party consultants supporting SAP CIS initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience managing large enterprise technology or transformation initiatives
5+ years experience in customer operations or utility environments (regulated preferred)
5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
3+ years hands‑on experience with SAP CIS
Strong experience with process improvement, system optimization, and change management
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field)
PMP certification (or equivalent)
Experience in electric utility or regulated industries
Familiarity with ITIL / COBIT frameworks

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
