Bonus: Yes Visa Support: Not specified Job Description: A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Fund Finance Associate to join its Charlotte, North Carolina office. This role is ideal for a transactional attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience in fund finance, particularly in subscription credit facilities. Key Responsibilities: Represent lenders and borrowers in complex fund finance transactions. Draft and negotiate loan documents for subscription credit facilities. Work on a variety of structures, including NAV, hybrid, and management company facilities. Manage client relationships and lead transactions with minimal supervision. Candidate Profile: Juris Doctor degree from a top 30 law school with a minimum 3.0 GPA. 3-5 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on fund finance. Prior experience at a Top 200 AM Law firm is highly preferred. Strong drafting and client management skills. North Carolina Bar membership preferred or eligibility for admission. Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements (typically 3 days in-office).
