Are you a meticulous accountant with a passion for managing grants and supporting impactful projects? We are seeking a Grant Accountant the will play a key role in a mission driven organization. Qualified applicants should have at least three years of experience as a staff accountant and experience working with grants. shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial aspects of grant applications, ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
  • Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for grantors, detailing fund utilization and outcomes achieved.
  • Collaborate with program managers to gather data for grant reporting.
  • Assist in the development of grant budgets, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Support forecasting efforts to ensure alignment with grant objectives.
  • Stay updated on grant regulations and requirements to ensure adherence.
  • Collaborate with auditors during grant-related audits.
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive records of grant-related financial transactions.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
