Responsibilities Collaborate closely with change management teams to deeply understand impact areas and identify critical learning needs. Design and develop comprehensive training assets, including instructor‑led materials, self‑paced learning content, job aids, quick reference guides, and process walkthroughs. Support the execution of training plans and learning timelines, ensuring alignment with key change milestones. Verify that all training content resonates with overarching change messaging and promotes desired employee behaviors. Actively participate in the testing and refinement of training materials, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. Assist with coordination efforts involving learning platforms or external delivery partners as necessary. Must‑have skills and experience 2–4 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or learning support roles. Demonstrated working knowledge of adult learning principles. Proven experience in creating structured training content and effective job aids. Basic understanding of change management concepts and how training facilitates successful adoption. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Nice‑to‑have skills and experience Experience with e‑learning development tools or Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
