Conduct competitive intelligence and IP risk assessments. Advise stakeholders on IP strategy and legal matters. Assist with patent/trademark portfolio management and M&A due diligence. Qualifications: J.D. degree and active U.S. bar admission. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical/Electrical preferred). 2+ years of IP law experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
