Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Manage and optimize patent, trademark, and other IP assets. Support IP enforcement, licensing, and monetization initiatives. Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements and settlements. Conduct competitive intelligence and IP risk assessments. Advise stakeholders on IP strategy and legal matters. Assist with patent/trademark portfolio management and M&A due diligence. Qualifications: J.D. degree and active U.S. bar admission. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical/Electrical preferred). 2+ years of IP law experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Experience with patents, licensing, prosecution, and IP agreements. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
