IT Program Manager - Hybrid Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ.
This role requires a strategic professional with proven analytical and business management skills to improve performance efficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept at decomposing complex issues, driving decisions, and developing executive-ready communications. This position involves managing organizational priorities and utilizing financial and Agile tools like Jira. The role has a hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities: Think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency
Decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently
Develop executive-ready communications and presentations that synthesize data and tell the story
Develop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensure all accountable parties understand their respective roles and responsibilities
Requirements: Proven analytical, business management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive business information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence
Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Extremely organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities
Experience with financial tools
Knowledge of Jira costing and strong proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira)
Experience with headcount and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, HRIS, MicroStrategy)
Desired skills: 5 or more years of experience in business operations and management in a complex organization supporting senior leaders
Prior experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business: financial management, project management, governance, operations and technology management, and executive routine coordination
Strong analytical skills, with an investigative mindset and ability to use data to enhance efficiency and develop reporting to drive business insights
Strong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work and effectively communicate across functions and organizational lines/levels
Prior experience managing multiple projects and adjusting to changing deadlines
Strong presentation skills and the ability to present key messages, effective recommendations, and information in a clear, concise, insightful, and influential way
Self-starter, high energy, and detail-oriented; ability to work with minimal supervision
Pay range: $52.54 - $60.54 per hour
