The organization operates on a large, publicly traded scale, with technology teams supporting complex, cross functional initiatives across multiple business units. This role supports IT project delivery within that broader technology organization.

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• IT infrastructure, software development, and systems integration knowledge

What You'll Do

• Develop project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resources
• Lead project execution and manage cross functional project teams
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify project risks and manage mitigation strategies
• Build and track project budgets and provide financial reporting
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through reviews and audits
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and meeting notes
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership
• Travel occasionally to the Texas site as needed

What We Need From You

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field
• 3+ years experience managing IT projects
• Experience with project management software
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and systems integration
• Based in the Texas region, available for occasional site travel

Preferred / Bonus

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Experience working in a global or international role
