Lead II - Software Testing Client Job Description: 7+ years' experience in software testing with an automation-first approach. Experience working on AWS, Azure or on-prem data sources. Must have experience using AWS/Azure web console. Nice to have knowledge of AWS S3, DynamoDB, Azure SQL DB. 3-4 years hands-on programming, automation scripting using JAVA, NodeJS, Go or python. Ability to apply concepts of TDD and BDD to create repeatable, fail-fast test suites. At least 2 years' experience with using automated testing tools and frameworks (Postman, SOAPUI, Selenium or similar). Experience with non-UI automation scripting preferred. Experience building and executing automated and performance tests for API-based services. Exposure to using relational and non-relational databases: Oracle, MySQL and MongoDB to query/import/export data. Ability to set-up and manage test data for testing purposes. Familiarity with configuring Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as GitLab, GitHub or Jenkins. Hands-on experience with Eclipse or other IDE development tools. Experience with distributed source control systems such as Git. Proven experience with defect management and triage. Proven experience working with JIRA and Confluence. Proven experience working as part of an Agile scrum team in a fast-paced environment. Key Attributes: Automation-first mindset. Experience in security domain or related field. Job Description: Expectations from this role: Ensuring adherence to test practices and process to improve test coverage, for the following: Create Test Estimates and Schedules. Identify business processes, conduct risk analysis and ensure test coverage. Ensure adherence of processes and standards. Produce test results, defect reports, test logs and reports for evidence of testing. Publish RCA reports and preventive measures. Report progress of testing. Contribute for Revenue savings for client by suggesting alternate method. Quality of Deliverables.
