Job Title: Java Developer Location: Las Vegas,NV Job Type: Contract Rate: $55/hr Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Java Microservices and Spring boot Developer who lays out the foundation for all the applications that our organization develops. This developer can integrate systems, design a database, and build jobs for scheduled tasks. Responsibilities: Build high performance, new services that are defect free Analyze existing code, find in implement improvements Drive the resolution of problems found in existing applications Design and build jobs using code, SQL, and scripting Work with front-end developers to build complete, end-to-end systems. Manage and maintain code base in Git. Qualifications: Familiar with coding patterns, both object-oriented and procedural. Stakeholder & Communication Management: Manage communication with stakeholders, team members, and other departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment. Produce timely reports on program status to senior leadership. Lead and guide cross-functional teams and support project managers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program. Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success. Evaluate program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices. Monitor profitability and ensure alignment of deliverables with the program's desired outcomes.
