Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Java Full Stack (HM: Rama) to join their team. As a Java Full Stack (HM: Rama), you will be part of the Capital Markets department supporting treasury and funding applications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Java Full Stack Location: Charlotte, North Carolina What's the Job? Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot REST services for treasury and funding applications Collaborate closely with Treasury business partners, Scrum Masters, Feature Leads, and Technology managers Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Deliver successful implementations such as Long-Term Debt Issuance booking and Hedging capabilities for Corporate Treasury Develop trading solutions for Long-Term Debt Issuance booking and FAS 133-compliant hedging using Swaps and Swaptions What's Needed? 7+ years of experience with Java (Spring Boot / Spring Framework) and RESTful API development Strong experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design & Programming (OOD/OOP) Experience working on financial services projects, especially Treasury or Capital Markets Knowledge of automated unit testing tools like JUnit and Mockito ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
