Java Fullstack Engineer

Java Full-stack Engineer Austin, TX (Hybrid) 12 months Contract with possibility to extension 8+ years of software engineering experience. 4+ years of experience with Java Spring Boot 4+ years of experience with React Experience with the Flask or Django frameworks is a plus. Having a good working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. Experience with agile development practices is a plus. Extensive experience in microservice development. Extensive experience with relational databases, SQL, and NoSQL databases (including at least one of MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or AWS equivalents of these). Key responsibilities and expected “output”: Needs to have served in a team lead capacity. Having had design responsibilities (including UX design) is a plus. Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and Java, and how to write maintainable, testable code. Must have experience with component libraries, design systems, and frameworks. (Examples of these: Material-UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap.) Experience with multiple of these is a plus.
