Qualifications and Experience: High School Completion or equivalent Previous clerical / physician office training Epic/EMR 1 Year experience Medical Terminology Computer Literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to function in a fast-paced call center environment. While maintaining a respectful, caring, and professional manner. Previous registration or scheduling experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
