Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience in healthcare operations, public health business processes, or medical insurance systems.
  • Proficiency in manual testing techniques including functional, regression, smoke, and boundary testing.
  • Experience with translating complex business requirements, policy documentation, and technical designs into detailed test cases.
  • Experience in structured QA management software such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise, e-business, or clinical claims processing platforms.
  • Experience in both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile software delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Perform rigorous manual testing on complex technical solutions to isolate, analyze, and resolve system issues.
  • Formulate test cases and testing scenarios by translating functional, technical, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain requirement traceability matrices connecting test cases directly to software components.
  • Execute functional, integration, smoke, regression, and usability test runs under lead direction.
  • Lead defect triage sessions, track resolutions, and conduct system retesting to verify software corrections.
  • Compile structured quality assurance documentation, test logs, and operational status reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional project management offices and engineering teams to align testing schedules.
