Survey/Concrete Layout Specialist for Self - Perform GC What You’ll Do You’ll be at the center of the action each day, driving the accuracy and momentum of the entire project. Your work starts with performing precise layout and stakeout for all structural concrete, using the full suite of modern survey technology — GPS rovers, robotic total stations, digital levels, and the tools that keep a jobsite moving with confidence. You’ll manage control points, layout files, and updated construction documents, keeping the project aligned as conditions change. Along the way, you’ll support the team with quick survey calculations and make adjustments in Revit to keep the model synced with the field. With a well‑organized survey truck and equipment always ready to go, you’ll work side‑by‑side with the Party Chief, field crews, and project leadership to deliver accuracy, speed, and rock‑solid reliability on every layout task. Experience with Commercial building layout Podium deck and elevated deck systems Vertical concrete (columns, walls) Atlas, Peri & Doka forming systems Pole shore operations Software (Preferred): Trimble, Revit, Bluebeam, Raken, PlanGrid / Autodesk What You Need 2+ years of survey/concrete layout experience Working toward NICET certification Ability to read plans and perform basic survey math Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to meet physical and PPE requirements This is a Safety‑Sensitive position Overview of Benefits Competitive salary + weekly per diem Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and company holidays 401(k) with company contribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
