- Strong with .NET/.NET 8 and ASP.NET MVC.
- Proficient in JavaScript and component UI libraries (Kendo UI preferred).
- Experience in architecting and scaling complex technical solutions.
- Leadership experience in Agile environments; excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Experience with configuring, securing, automating file transfers via APIs.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, views, functions).
- Ability to communicate complex technical details to various stakeholders.

- Preferred Skills:
- Frontend development and 3rd-party integrations.
- Experience with GoAnywhere MFT.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and React/Next.js.
