Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, facility systems, and utilities. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, air compressors, dust collection systems, plumbing, and utilities.
• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, tools, and production equipment.
• Perform facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic building repairs.
• Operate maintenance equipment such as welders, grinders, saws, cutting torches, and other hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, GMP, ISO, and company safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Facilities teams to minimize equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems.
• Experience maintaining production equipment, HVAC systems, compressors, and utility equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
