Manager, Culture Engagement
This role involves strategizing, developing, and implementing programs and spearheading actions to enhance workplace culture.
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead the culture engagement team to develop, plan and execute compelling experiences to engage our employees in our cultural behaviors: BeF5 and LeadF5.
  • Consulting on implementation strategies with strategic stakeholders and decision makers to ensure successful adoption.
  • Conducting needs analysis and evaluation of programs to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Create program roadmaps to implement continuous improvement ideas and bring along stakeholders.
  • Oversee diversity and cross-cultural initiatives, working closely with management to integrate these into company culture.
  • Track and report on initiatives, analyzing their effectiveness and ROI.
  • Working with the team, develop and execute communication strategies to promote culture engagement initiatives and ensure awareness at all levels of the organization.
  • Utilize employee listening surveys and gather feedback to continuously evolve our culture engagement programs (in partnership with our employee listening program manager)
  • Champion and innovate our company's culture, engagement, & diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in partnership with our D&I program manager

  • Knowledge of Needs analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong collaboration and communication
  • Strong DEI acumen
  • Change management and project management experience with large, global initiatives.
  • Experience leading a team of project and program managers and coordinators.
