About the Role
The Company is seeking a CIB Banking Coverage COO to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the business management, operating model, and strategic execution of the investment banking and corporate banking coverage franchises. This role requires a deep understanding of coverage models across industry verticals, client relationship management, origination, and deal execution dynamics. The COO will lead a team, providing strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with the broader corporate and investment banking organization. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operational effectiveness, driving efficiency and scalability of the coverage model, and leading cross-functional initiatives. The role also involves financial management, enhancing KPIs, and driving coordination between coverage, product partners, and key internal stakeholders.
Applicants for the CIB Banking Coverage COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate and investment banking business management, with at least 4 years in a management role. A strong background in investment banking or coverage-related experience is essential.
