This is a hands-on, builder's role with a significant budget and organizational reach, where the impact of the AI solutions will directly influence the company's operational infrastructure and global financial operations. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in technology, with a strong background in generative AI, LLM engineering, and agentic systems design. The role requires a proven track record in leading large-scale engineering organizations, managing complex technology budgets, and delivering enterprise AI solutions with measurable business outcomes. Deep familiarity with financial services operations, particularly in the areas of KYC/AML, fraud, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting, is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a leadership profile that includes the ability to attract and retain top technical talent, operate effectively in complex environments, and communicate with precision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
