This role is not for a traditional HR leader but for someone with a strong operations-enabled, experience-minded background. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning corporate Centers of Excellence and clinical operations with enterprise-wide physician leadership development and talent strategy. This includes leading the design, implementation, and execution of programs that drive performance, succession planning, leadership development, and engagement of COEs and physician leaders across markets. The role also involves close partnership with regional and market leaders, talent management, and HR business partners to ensure strategic alignment and a culture of excellence.
Applicants for the Managing Director, HR position at the company should have a deep understanding of clinical operations, value-based care, and physician leadership needs. A strategic mindset, strong organizational development, and change management expertise are essential. The role requires a data-driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of people strategies, exceptional influence, and executive presence across diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10-12 years of healthcare leadership, clinical operations, or HR experience, including managing physician-facing talent programs. SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant certifications are also preferred.
